Storm-scored leads, straight into your CRM. Here's how to go from ZIP code to warm leads in under 2 minutes.
Enter a ZIP code in the top bar and click Run. Swathline pulls every parcel in the area, checks NOAA hail radar, and shows you which roofs took a hit.
Each dot on the map is a real property. Hail size drives the color:
🔵 <1" 🟡 1"+ quarter 🟠 1.75"+ golf ball 🔴 2.75"+ baseball
Switch to the Storm History tab. Enter one or more ZIP codes (comma-separated) to plot every hail and wind event from the last 1–3 years.
Use the Hail / Wind toggle chips to filter the map. Click any dot for the event date, size, and SPC report details.
The Storm Hits tab cross-references your CRM contacts against storm history. Every contact with a hail hit gets a readiness score and urgency label.
CLOSING = oldest loss approaching 12-month claim deadline · SOON = 45–90 days left · OPEN = plenty of time
Switch to the Alerts tab and subscribe your email + ZIP codes. The morning after hail ≥1" hits your area, you'll get an email with the storm details and a link directly to the canvass map.
The Address Lookup tab lets you check any address: owner name, phone, property value, roof age estimate, and full storm history — in seconds.
Use this during a knock when a homeowner says "we just replaced the roof last year" — you can verify the roof age and hit history on the spot.
